πŸ’» Role

 

  • GMV & P&L ownership: Be directly responsible for managing a large and growing budget that powers acquisition and retention marketing to deliver topline GMV at sustainable returns.
  • Growth leadership: Manage a team of growth marketers across acquisition and lifecycle marketing, as well as own relationships with external agencies that can help us scale faster
  • Experimentation of Growth channels: Pioneer end-to-end testing on new growth channels (creating budget proposals, setting KPIs, leading integrations, optimizing performance, etc)
  • Metrics & reporting: Set true north KPIs for the growth organization, and can lead teams to optimize performance to reach those goals (LTV/CAC, CPM, ROAS, etc)
  • Project management: Drive a culture of scrappy experimentation across the entire organization, collaborating with Product and Brand to achieve company growth goals. Communicate with Data and Engineering to specify growth data needs to be used for targeting and attribution modeling
  • MarTech Tooling: Continue to build upon our growth tech stack across CRM (Braze), data visualization (Mixpanel), A/B testing (Growthbook) and more to ensure we have the right MarTech tooling to help our organization scale
  • Full-Funnel View: Work with Marketing & Campaign Team to understand Full-Funnel view of marketing investment and Growth capturing of lift
  • Attribution and Lift Modeling: Develop an in-house POV on attribution and attribution modeling

  • 7-10 years experience working in growth, performance marketing, lifecycle marketing/CRM, or growth analytics
  • T-shaped marketer: someone who has an understanding of all facets of growth marketing, but deep expertise in certain areas 
  • Deep understanding of acquisition and lifecycle marketing, attribution, and can use data to paint the intricacies of the customer journey
  • Previous experience setting the vision and strategy for the marketing organization, but also can get in the operational weeds when necessary
  • Previous experience managing large paid marketing budgets 
  • E-commerce and/or marketplace experience is a plus
  • Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Senior Manager position
