What You’ll Do:
- Growth Strategy & Execution: Own and execute the consumer growth marketing roadmap, with clear goals across acquisition, activation, and monetization of our core teams products. Design and execute initiatives that deliver against business KPIs.
- Performance Marketing: Lead paid acquisition across channels including search, social, and programmatic — optimizing for efficiency, scale, and lifetime value.
- SEO & Content: Drive organic growth through a comprehensive SEO strategy, building scalable, high-quality articles and landing pages that attract and convert our target audiences.
- Partner Channel Marketing: Shape and execute acquisition campaigns with key partners to reach our target sports audiences.
- Website Performance: Own the strategy and performance of TeamSnap.com as a primary growth engine — optimizing for acquisition, conversion, and user experience.
- Experimentation & Conversion Optimization: Work closely with Product and Engineering to launch growth experiments across landing pages, onboarding flows, and user journeys to drive key conversion metrics.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Define key metrics, build dashboards, and run analysis to uncover insights and inform growth opportunities. Communicate results and learnings to cross-functional stakeholders and executive team.
- Innovation & Marketing Technology: Continuously explore and pilot new tools, platforms, and AI-forward approaches to gain a competitive edge and drive performance across the funnel.
What Will Set You Up for Success:
- 10+ years of experience in growth marketing for consumer products, ideally mobile-first and subscription-based.
- Proven track record of scaling user acquisition and driving LTV-positive growth through paid media, SEO, and PLG strategies.
- Highly analytical and comfortable working with data to make decisions, test hypotheses, and measure impact.
- Deep understanding of marketing funnels and product growth levers — with the creativity to find unconventional paths to scale.
- Experience building and managing campaigns that span from awareness to retention across multiple channels.
- Experience with AI-driven marketing tools and attribution modeling.
- Strong collaboration skills and experience partnering with Product and Engineering teams on growth initiatives.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action, learning, and iteration.
- Feeling a connection to TeamSnap’s mission and the value of youth sports.
- Bonus points for experience with mobile-first consumer apps or in the youth, family, or lifestyle space.
