Job Summary & Responsibilities

About You

You love Jesus. You love kids. You are both analytical and strategic. You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused. Your reporting and insights shape decisions

You are naturally curious about: why people take action, where systems break down and how small improvements compound over time. You see data as a tool for clarity, not complexity. You are able to translate numbers into actionable directions that others can understand and execute.

You are comfortable working across teams, defining requirements for systems and campaigns, and ensuring that data drives—not follows—strategy. You take ownership of outcomes and are energized by seeing campaigns come to life and perform.
