Sierra Sage Treatment Center offers residential treatment for young women in a safe, supportive, nurturing environment. Through accredited education, vocational training and a normalized high school experience, our youth women are given the skills they need to overcome the effects of abuse, neglect, trauma substance abuse, mental illness and violence so they can make healthy choices for themselves and their futures.

$70,000– Performance Based Compensation reviews are conducted annually (2%,4%, or 6%)

  • Eligible for Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance (at 60 days for Hourly employees and 90 days for Salaried)

  • Eligible for 100% 403b match of up to 6% of your salary after 1 year of employment.

The Director of Group Living is a member of the Site Management Team, oversees residential services and living units and serves as the Program Director in his/her absence.   Primarily responsible for managing all available resources in a manner that provides the students with the highest level of care and to ensure the Rite of Passage program is being implemented in accordance with ROP policies and procedures and Federal, State and Local licensing requirements.  The Director of Group Living reports to the Deputy Program Director and supervises the Shift Supervisor and direct-care staff

  • Possess a BA/BS in a related field (Master’s Degree preferred). Substitute degree requirement with experience as long as actively pursuing a related degree
  • Four years of related experience in residential facility management
