Your Impact
- Lead Salesforce Strategy: You'll be the architect of our Salesforce ecosystem, leading its evolution, configuration, integration, and process development. Your work ensures scalable, intuitive, and high-performance workflows across our entire revenue organization.
- Integrate AI for GTM: This is a core part of the role. You'll identify, evaluate, and pilot AI-driven workflows within our GTM tech stack. Your efforts will directly improve sales productivity, surface predictive insights, automate routine tasks, and equip our GTM teams with actionable intelligence.
- Build a Connected Ecosystem: You'll design and optimize a best-in-class suite of GTM tools that integrate flawlessly with Salesforce and each other. Your expertise will ensure our marketing, sales, customer success, finance, and legal teams are connected, sharing a unified view of the customer journey and working towards common goals.
- Prioritize User Experience: You'll build systems with a sharp focus on usability and adoption. Your goal is to make sure our platforms are intuitive, easy to navigate, and reliable sources of truth that empower data-driven decisions.
- Drive Cross-Functional Alignment: You'll partner closely with GTM teams, including Marketing, Sales, Customer Business Executives, Enablement, Finance, Deal Desk, and Legal, translating their business needs into effective system solutions.
- Manage System Roadmaps: You'll own and drive the GTM systems roadmap, prioritizing high-impact initiatives, streamlining stakeholder requests, and ensuring timely delivery of features that improve user experience and deliver tangible business value.
- Optimize Vendor Relationships: You'll manage relationships with vendors for Salesforce and our core GTM tools, ensuring our systems are lean, cost-effective, and strategically aligned.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Deep Salesforce Expertise: 7-10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or GTM Technology, with profound, hands-on mastery of Salesforce administration, configuration, and architecture. You've successfully built and scaled tech stacks for high-growth revenue organizations.
- Salesforce Certifications: Multiple Salesforce certifications are a strong plus (e.g., Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, CPQ Specialist).
- Architectural Vision: You have a proven ability to design, implement, and optimize a best-in-class GTM tech stack, understanding complex system dependencies and integrations.
- AI Acumen: You possess a strong understanding of current and emerging AI technologies, with practical experience or a clear vision for how AI can be applied to optimize GTM processes, enhance productivity, and improve customer insights.
- Strong Project Management: You excel at leading complex projects, prioritizing competing demands, and delivering high-quality solutions efficiently. You can manage sprints effectively to keep initiatives organized and on track.
- Clear Communication: You can translate complex technical information into clear, compelling business value for diverse audiences, from GTM leadership to Finance and Legal.
