What you’ll be doing
- GTM Strategy Development and Execution: Define and implement comprehensive GTM strategies for new product launches, target market identification, customer segmentation, and competitive positioning
- Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, product, customer success, and global leadership teams to ensure alignment and execution of GTM initiatives
- Revenue Growth: Identify and drive revenue-generating opportunities by defining pricing strategies, market entry tactics, and growth strategies
- Partnership Development: Identify, secure, and nurture strategic partnerships to unlock non-linear business channels and market penetration
- Customer Success: Oversee the customer journey, ensuring seamless onboarding, ongoing support, long-term retention, and revenue expansion
- Market Insights: Conduct market and customer research to understand customer trends, needs, and competitive dynamics, influencing product development and GTM tactics
- Product Positioning: Work closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to develop messaging, positioning, and value propositions that differentiate and resonate with our ICPs
- People Development: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team as well as influence other teams to continuously raise the bar

- Superb communication skills (speaking, writing, presenting, and influencing) and ability to craft and deliver compelling messages to various audiences including executives
- Strong analytical skills to assess market data, develop insights and metrics, and create growth strategies
