Being a Director of GTM Enablement at iManage Means…
You will be responsible for the overall strategy, execution, and success of the Go-to-Market (GTM) enablement function within the organization. This role involves overseeing the design, development, and implementation of enablement initiatives and programs that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the GTM teams. You will be a strategic partner to GTM leadership, working closely with key stakeholders across sales, marketing, channels, cx, and product to ensure alignment with the company’s business objectives.

- Developing and executing a comprehensive GTM enablement strategy that aligns with the company’s overall business objectives and drives revenue growth.
- Leading the design, development, and implementation of enablement initiatives and programs that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the GTM teams.
Data-Driven Decision Making & Influence
- Gathering and analyzing feedback from GTM teams to continuously improve enablement programs and resources.
- Measuring the impact of enablement programs on performance and making data-driven decisions to optimize outcomes.
Creating a Learning & Development Academy
- Design and implement a holistic education program that improves field capabilities in sales readiness, product value, market knowledge, and process adherence.
- Facilitate training, certification programs, interactive learning paths, knowledge sharing sessions, and continuous feedback mechanisms.
Influence through Collaboration
- Collaborating with sales, marketing, product, and cx teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and execution.
- Building and managing a team of enablement managers and specialists, guiding them in the execution of comprehensive enablement initiatives.
Project Management
- Establishing and maintaining a central knowledge base of resources, best practices, and competitive intelligence.
- Managing multiple initiatives simultaneously with strong project management skills.
iM Qualified Because I Have…
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales leadership, or a related role, with a proven track record of driving sales performance through strategic enablement initiatives.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate high-level business goals into actionable enablement strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- A deep understanding of the SaaS bowtie model and the ability to optimize processes to drive performance.
Bonus Points If I Have...
- Experience with certification programs and interactive learning paths.
- Experience with Partner Enablement across a Channel Model.
- Knowledge of competitive intelligence and best practices in GTM enablement.
- A background in technical demos and Q&As.
- Experience in managing global enablement programs.
