Your responsibilitiesLead global teams responsible for pricing, cost modelling, and capacity management across Valmet's business areas.
Provide cost, capacity, and workload analyses that support commercial decisions, sales projects, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).
Develop optimized supply and production plans by identifying capacity, supply, and operational constraints and translating them into actionable recommendations.
Lead and facilitate global S&OP processes, ensuring effective collaboration, alignment, and decision-making across functions, business areas, suppliers, and strategic partners.
Partner with Production and Procurement teams to maintain accurate cost and pricing models that support operational and commercial performance
You hold a BSc or MSc degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
You have 5–10 years of experience leading resources, teams, or functions in a global environment.
You have strong expertise in Sales and Operations Planning and a solid understanding of business operations, technologies, and resource capabilities.
You have a proven track record of leading transformational initiatives and continuous improvement programmes.
You have advanced communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
You bring strategic thinking and the ability to evaluate multiple business scenarios across different planning horizons. You build strong networks, create alignment across functions, and confidently influence stakeholders to drive action. Your collaborative leadership style, change management capability, and results-oriented mindset enable you to continuously improve operations while maintaining a strong customer and service focus.
