The Role

POSITION OVERVIEW: The Director of Global Recognition will lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive recognition strategy that fosters a culture of appreciation and engagement across the organization. This role will work collaboratively with various departments to design and execute initiatives that recognize and celebrate distributor achievements globally and at a market-level.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES               

  • New Strategy Development: Create and implement a global recognition strategy aligned with the company’s mission, values, and business goals. Ideas on how to revamp our recognition programs more in keeping with current trends.
  • Program Management: Oversee the design, execution, and evaluation of recognition programs, including distributor monthly recognition, service awards, and performance-based incentives.
  • Collaboration: Partner with events, programs, communications, and executive leadership to ensure recognition initiatives are effectively integrated into overall engagement strategies.
  • Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze program effectiveness through metrics and feedback; make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the budget for recognition initiatives, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with organizational priorities.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and resources to global markets and teams to enhance recognition practices and promote a culture of appreciation.
  • Global Alignment: Ensure recognition programs are culturally appropriate and relevant across diverse global markets.
  • Communications: Lead internal communications related to recognition programs to ensure awareness and participation.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in distributor development, or related fields, with a focus on recognition programs
  • Strong understanding of the Nu Skin compensation plan
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Strong understanding of global workforce dynamics and cultural nuances
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills

SKILLS

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel), Adobe Creative Suite and recognition platforms, bonus for a basic understanding of MicroStrategy and Power BI
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Passion for distributor engagement and recognition
