We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Finance Leader to join our team in India. This newly created position will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team to deliver world-class services expected from a Centre of Excellence operation. You will also work closely with the broader FinOps India leadership team to drive culture and connectedness and be an active member of the global finance leadership team.

Responsibilities- Lead and develop a high-performing team of cross functional professionals to deliver world-class services to internal customers
- Provide oversight for all finance and accounting operations and ensure timely delivery of services including relevant metrics and SLAs
- Drive process improvements, standardization, globalization and operational efficiencies that is expected from a Centre of Excellence operation
- Work collaboratively with other leaders in MongoDB to ensure alignment to functional strategy and consistency in service of our center of excellence provides to teams globally
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and a customer-centric mindset within the shared services team
- Identify and mitigate operational and internal control risks Lead change management initiatives to drive adoption of new processes and technologies
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal customers, senior leaders, and service providers
- Develop and monitor performance metrics to track progress and ensure accountability
- Act as business partner to the Senior Accounting Leadership and support in carrying out the organization priorities and objectives

- A Qualified Chartered Accountant, MBA in Finance or any similar qualification preferred
- 15+ years of experience in shared services operations, with at least 10 years of leadership experience
- Strong understanding of shared services operations, including process improvement, standardization, and operational efficiencies
- Experience in change management and driving adoption of new processes and technologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels, from all disciplines, backgrounds and cultures - both in the region and across the globe.
- Act as a role model and be committed to model appropriate executive behavior at all times; consistently ‘live’ MongoDB’s organizational values.
