The Role
We’re seeking a senior and technically skilled AI Transformation Lead to drive the adoption and integration of AI and automation across all parts of the organization. This is a broad, strategic role that spans departments including product, engineering, operations, sales, marketing, HR, recruiting, legal, finance, and more. You will identify opportunities, lead complex initiatives, and scale AI-driven solutions that improve efficiency, enhance user experiences, and generate new value across the business.

What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a company-wide AI and automation strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate broadly across all functions to identify high-impact AI use cases and automation opportunities.
- Lead the technical design, development, and deployment of AI models, including selecting algorithms, training models, and validating performance.
- Oversee the implementation and scaling of robotic process automation solutions to automate complex business workflows.
- Manage data pipelines, ensuring clean, well-structured data flow to support AI/ML models and automation processes.
- Utilize cloud computing environments to deploy, monitor, and maintain AI and automation solutions at scale.
- Structure and analyze complex business problems, develop hypotheses, experiment with AI and present data-driven recommendations.
- Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure robust data governance, security protocols, and compliance related to AI and automation projects.
- Develop and maintain monitoring systems to track AI model performance, accuracy, and drift, implementing retraining or updates as necessary.
- Evaluate and manage AI and automation vendors and tools, leading proof-of-concept and pilot projects before full rollout.
- Promote AI literacy, training, and best practices throughout the company.
- Ensure AI technologies are used responsibly, ethically, and in compliance with relevant regulations.
What You'll Bring
- 7+ years of experience in digital transformation, AI strategy, or automation projects with a strong technical background.
- 5+ years in tech or SaaS B2B environments.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience deploying AI solutions in production environments.
- Deep understanding of AI, machine learning, and RPA technologies and architectures.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex, technical projects spanning multiple departments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Experience mentoring and influencing teams at various levels.
- Ideally, a bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred or equivalent experience).

The base pay range for this position is $160,000 - $240,000. Compensation is not limited to base salary. FloQast values our Total Rewards, and offers a competitive and elaborate Benefits Package including, but not limited to, Medical, Dental, Vision, Family Forming benefits, Life & Disability Insurance, and Unlimited Vacation. FloQast reserves the right to amend, change, alter, and revise pay ranges and benefits offerings at any time.
