The Global Partnerships team manages CoreWeave’s portfolio of high-impact sponsorships across sports, entertainment, and global brand platforms. We work cross-functionally with marketing, sales/GTM, product/engineering, and agency partners to deliver world-class programs that elevate CoreWeave’s brand and drive measurable business outcomes.
About the Role:
The Director, Global Partnerships will support the management and execution of CoreWeave's existing and future global sponsorships. The individual will be responsible for building strong relationships with partner organizations (e.g. Aston Martin Aramco F1 team) and agency partners to deliver best-in-class experiences & programs. As the portfolio grows, there is an opportunity to set the strategy and identify future partnerships in the sports and entertainment space. This role will involve leading contract management, leading activations of key branding/content assets and ensure all sponsorship deliverables align with CoreWeave's brand and business objectives.
You’ll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and business units (e.g. sales/GTM, product/engineering) to help execute programs that engage target personas, increase brand awareness, and elevate CoreWeave’s presence in the market.
In This Role You Will:
- Support the day-to-day management and execution of global partnerships - ensuring programs breakthrough and go beyond traditional sponsorships.
- In collaboration with Marketing Analytics, define clear partnership goals, KPIs and success metrics - focused on market leadership, market awareness and market demand. This includes regular reporting and leadership updates (e.g. MBR).
- Partner with marketing teams to deliver on-brand partnership contractual assets (e.g. content series, physical branding) and develop owned programs that maximize use of IP for each sponsorship.
- Develop a partnership calendar (incl. key milestones) across the portfolio to capture physical, digital, and integrated campaigns.
- Across the portfolio and each program, continuously assess budget performance and financial management of partnership resources and contractual funds.
- Influence the long-term partnership portfolio strategy that aligns with CoreWeave's objectives of brand awareness, technical integration and B2B hospitality.
- Identify, evaluate and prioritize potential partners that enhance CoreWeave's brand value, reach and relevance.
- Manage agency partners (asset management, hospitality, content/creative) to deliver world class partnership execution that breakthrough the clutter
- Support event leadership on hospitality programs, ensuring premium guest experiences that reflect brand values and strength customer relationships for our sales team
- Provide on-site event support (as needed), with a focus on partner management and program integration (e.g. talent, content).
- Contribute to post-event analysis and feedback to optimize future partnership strategy.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sports/Entertainment Management or related field—or equivalent experience.
- 9-12 years of experience in partnership or account management, ideally with major sports or entertainment properties.
- Strategic thinker who can balance big-picture partnership goals with flawless execution of all asset types
- Deep understanding of the sponsorship landscape - particular in B2B tech, cloud infrastructure or AI driven categories
- Demonstrated success in developing and managing high-value brand partnerships.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to work seamlessly across teams and time zones.
- Experience working with project management tools (e.g., Asana) and CRM systems (Salesforce a plus).
- Ability to adapt quickly, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive under pressure.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours for on-site event execution (as needed).
