As a Global Partnerships Director, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and scaling Nium’s strategic partnership ecosystem globally. Your primary focus will be to strengthen existing partnerships while identifying and onboarding new high-value partners through white-label, referral, and integration agreements that drive sustainable net revenue growth.
You will play a key leadership role in designing and executing partnership strategies that align with Nium’s long-term commercial objectives. This includes establishing joint business goals with partners, ensuring successful operational and technical collaboration, and continuously evaluating partnership performance to maximise customer value and financial return. Partnerships that do not meet agreed-upon success metrics will be restructured or sunset to maintain a high-impact partner portfolio.

- Build strong executive-level relationships with key stakeholders across the travel ecosystem (OTAs, TMCs, GDSs, fintech platforms).
- Act as the primary escalation point for partnership challenges, ensuring issues are resolved quickly to protect commercial outcomes and partner relationships.
- Continuously assess partnership ROI and make strategic recommendations to scale, restructure, or sunset underperforming partnerships.
- Drive innovation through ecosystem partnerships that expand Nium’s distribution channels and embedded payments capabilities.
