Job Description:

What You’ll Be Doing:

The Director Global Operations will report into the President of AIS and manage seven direct reports and a total team of 80 global operations professionals. This role has direct responsibility for all of AIS' operational functions which include the following key areas:

  • Supply chain management

  • Sales and operations planning (S&OP)

  • Customer on-boarding

  • Program management

  • Customer experience

  • Integration and manufacturing strategy and footprint

  • Post-sale service, support, and logistics

  • Business processes and transformation

  • This is an executive level position and will be a key member of the AIS executive leadership team, reporting directly to the business unit president.

What we are looking for:

  • 15 to 20 years of relevant operational experience at senior levels

  • Transformational experience with large multinational corporations

  • Deep understanding of the entire supply chain including the sales process

Work Arrangement:

Hybrid: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday required office days for Panorama Office site; Monday, Friday-work from home

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$163,800.00 - $281,875.00

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
