Position Overview:
The Director of Global Measurement Science is a critical leadership role responsible for transforming our marketing measurement capabilities and building the analytics foundation that drives informed decision-making globally. This isn't just about tracking performance; it's about developing the intelligence systems that turn every media investment into measurable business value and sustainable competitive advantage.
As our Director, you will be the lead architect for our global marketing measurement framework, with a priority to connect our brand health and mROI programs. This is a pioneering role that includes working with regional, marketing, and technology teams to establish our infrastructure and foster a data-driven culture across our organization. In this role, your expertise will drive transformative measurement capabilities, creating integrated data solutions and intelligent optimization processes that don't just measure success—they enable it. This role reports into the Global Paid Media and Measurement function.
What You'll Do:

- Performance Optimization: Be the driving force of our ROI program and will leverage advanced analytics (MMM, MTA, LTV, incrementality) and machine learning to continuously optimize campaign performance, identify growth opportunities, and demonstrate measurable returns across all media investments.
- Executive Engagement & Presence: Interface regularly with the CDO/CIO, CCO, COO, CFO, Regional Presidents and Marketing LT to ensure leadership understands the ROI of its investments and is armed with the appropriate insights to make organization-wide data-driven decisions
- Data Visualization: Define and implement marketing scorecards and advanced dashboards that transform complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders, with a vision to democratize all outputs across the organization
- Data Integration: Lead initiatives to harmonize and support the technical centralization of data across multiple sources (including non-paid media channels), creating unified data ecosystems that enable comprehensive cross-channel analysis and reporting.
- AI Innovation Champion: Work with Data Automation & AI team to identify, evaluate, and implement cutting-edge GenAI and Agentic AI solutions to enhance media optimization, automate insights generation, and unlock new performance opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams including Advanced Analytics, Product, Paid Media, Consumer Insights, CRM, Central Marketing (creative), Ecommerce, and Regional teams to ensure measurement strategies align with broader business objectives. Partner with external agencies for thought leadership and data collection.
- Build and Mentor Global Talent: Evangelize the importance of data-driven decision making and recruit, develop and mentor a team of skill measurement professionals willing to continuously monitor and evaluate emerging trends in marketing measurement
