As a Director, Global IT, you will play a critical role in driving complex, high-impact projects that underpin the success of Intel's technology solutions and services. Key Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale technology projects and programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and resource allocations.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and risk management strategies.
- Manage implementation processes, including testing, documentation, training, and change control, to guarantee project success.
- Collaborate across teams to assess dependencies, remove roadblocks, and address constraints impacting delivery.
- Establish and drive program governance, including milestones, risk mitigation plans, and executive-level reporting.
- Monitor program health metrics to ensure quality, timeliness, and adherence to project goals.
- Conduct project closeout assessments and document lessons learned for continuous improvement.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
-15+ years of relevant experience in IT.
- 5+ Experience with large transformation program delivery.
- 5+ Proven expertise in managing complex programs with multiple interdependencies and global scope.

- Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with experience implementing governance structures.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across technical and executive stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with experience identifying program risks and developing mitigation plans.
- Experience within large-scale IT or technology organizations.
- Track record of delivering measurable outcomes in areas such as service reliability, cost optimization, or operational efficiency.
- Financial acumen, including experience developing business cases and managing ROI-driven initiatives.
- History of influencing senior leaders and driving alignment in matrixed environments.
- Expertise in modern program management practices and data-driven execution tracking.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $198,050.00-279,600.00 USD

Work Model for this Role
