TELUS Agriculture & Consumer Goods US Inc. has full time Director of Global Investment Strategy and M&A position in State College, Pennsylvania. 

Job Duties: 

Lead the organization’s Inorganic Strategy Planning and Merger and Acquisition (M&A) functions. Specific duties include: Lead a team of professionals to determine and develop the overall strategic direction of the organization by creating plans, collaborating with groups across the organization to review and receive feedback, providing presentations to C-Suite executives, and transitioning approved strategic plans to the team for execution. Research companies to understand synergies that acquisition candidates might provide, understand potential acquisition alignment with organizational strategy, and develop financial models that identify potential acquisition financial prospects. Gain the support and approval of senior leadership for M&A deals by completing due diligence regarding deal finalization and leading post-investment reviews. 

Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, Finance and Strategy, International Business, or related field.

Experience Requirements: 5 years of experience. 

May telecommute from anywhere in the U.S. Intermittent Domestic or International travel required up to one week per month.

Job located in State College, Pennsylvania; 40 hours/week. Salary from USD $210,080.00 per year
