Employee Value Proposition (EVP) Lead (UK/Hybrid)

We are seeking a strategic and creative Employee Value Proposition (EVP) Lead to champion and embed our purpose—Life Unlimited—into every moment that matters for our people. In this exciting and impactful role, you’ll work at the heart of our HR, communications, and leadership teams to shape and promote a compelling EVP that authentically reflects our culture, inspires employees, and strengthens our reputation as an employer of choice.

What will you be doing?

  • Lead EVP Strategy: Design, develop, and continuously refine our EVP to align with our values, purpose, and strategic goals.
  • Generate Talent Insights: Analyse employee feedback, market trends, and internal data to identify what attracts, engages, and retains top talent—and use these insights to evolve our EVP.
  • Enhance Employer Branding: Partner with internal and external teams to bring the EVP to life across digital platforms, social media, events, and campaigns.
  • Drive Cross-Functional Impact: Collaborate across HR, People Experience, Communications, and Employee Inclusion Groups to embed the EVP into attraction, development, well-being, and retention strategies.
  • Promote EVP Advocacy: Equip leaders and managers to communicate our EVP authentically and consistently across the business.
  • Measure Success: Define and track key performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness and reach of EVP initiatives.
  • Champion Culture and Inclusion: Act as a change agent for cultural transformation, with a strong focus on leadership, inclusion, recognition, and belonging.

What will you need to be successful?

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Significant experience in HR, employer branding, talent attraction, or employee engagement.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, storytelling, and influencing skills.
  • Deep understanding of employer brand best practices and trends.
  • Experience using data and insights to shape strategy.
  • Familiarity with HR tech, engagement platforms, and social media channels.
  • Passion for people, culture, and inclusive workplaces.
  • Creative mindset and a drive for innovation in the employee experience.
