Client Relationship Management (“CRM”)
The Role & Key Responsibilities
You will develop a deep understanding of each client’s strategy, goals and future demands, being responsible for maintaining existing client book and ensuring that the revenues of the client portfolio grow, both in volume and in profitability.
You will achieve this by building strong relationships with key decision makers to maximise our existing commercial relationship across the group.
Target Outcome of the Role and the CRM Team
Relationship Management
Build excellent long-term relationships with clients;
Responding to clients’ needs in a solution-oriented manner;
Foster awareness of client satisfaction with product offering and delivery; and
Collaborate across internal teams to address any required significant service improvements.
Commercial Strategy
Influence decision makers to ensure stability of existing revenue;
Identify and deliver product solutions opportunities;
Assure Apex is and remains the client’s preferred partner; and
Assist in the successful rollout of relevant campaigns to meet key group objectives.
Global Relationship Manager (SVP/Director)
- Acts as Global CRM for several Top Tier or High Growth potential clients working with Executive & Growth Sponsors and wider account team members to build and deliver a strategic global account plan;
- Act as executive and point of escalation for major issues which will likely impact the relationship;
- Partner with product, operations and sales to deliver for your clients;
- Managing and coordinating a virtual Global CRM team by client, engaging with senior management at Apex to ensure account growth;
- Ensuring Apex’s Client Oversight Framework is embedded for all Top Tier Clients;
- Preparing and planning client engagement effectively, to deliver on Growth plans; and
- Actively participating in RFPs for new and existing clients.
