Cardo Systems, the global market leader in the field of wireless communication systems for motorcycle, outdoor, and ORV helmets, is looking for a Director of Global Campaigns to join the marketing team. Full-time position in a hybrid model (from the company’s offices at Raanana/from home), reporting to the CMO.
About the Role
Cardo Systems is looking for a Director of Global Campaigns - a creative strategist, natural organizer, and energetic leader who can turn big ideas into cohesive, high-impact campaigns. You’ll lead the orchestration of all brand and sales campaigns across products, regions, and channels, ensuring one unified story is told - from concept to execution.
You’ll connect the dots between social, influencers, product marketing, performance, and creative - keeping everyone aligned, inspired, and moving fast. This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who can think conceptually, manage cross-functional projects, and ensure Cardo’s brand remains consistent, premium, and inspiring.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the development and rollout of 360° brand and sales campaigns across global and regional markets and Cardo’s business units - approximately 12 global campaigns in 2026.
- Manage a team of two marketing specialists who will support global campaign planning, execution, and reporting.
- Create and maintain an annual campaign calendar, ensuring coordination across teams and timely delivery, covering sales, perception, and awareness campaigns.
- Translate strategy and positioning into creative campaign concepts and narratives.
- Ensure every campaign reflects Cardo’s brand values, tone of voice, and storytelling framework.
- Collaborate closely with the social, influencer, sales, and performance marketing teams to integrate organic and paid efforts.
- Partner with the product marketing and sales teams to ensure all launches and announcements align with the brand narrative.
- Work with Cardo’s internal studio and external agencies - from briefing through execution - to deliver world-class creative.
- Build and maintain campaign measurement frameworks to track performance, awareness, and engagement.
- Serve as the internal brand guardian, ensuring clarity, consistency, and quality in all our published content.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, or campaign strategy.
- Proven track record in developing and executing integrated brand campaigns across multiple channels and regions.
- Proven experience in the global market is a must
- Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Experience working with agencies and creative teams.
- Passion for storytelling, content, and brand building.
- Advantage: Background in consumer tech, lifestyle, automotive, or outdoor/sports industries.
