Global B2B is Lyft's cross-organizational mandate to build one platform, one product vision, and one integrated plan across every line of business that runs on B2B revenue: US B2B, EU B2B, EU B2G, Chauffeur, AVs, Bikes, and Partner/Protocol integrations. As Lyft has grown internationally through acquisitions like FreeNow, Gett, and TBR, the technology, P&Ls, and org charts have continued to run as separate regional stacks. Global B2B exists to change that: to build a common platform that compounds instead of resetting with every new deal, powering existing US demand while unlocking the lines of business we've had to turn away.
We're looking for a Technical Program Manager who can bring order, rigor, and momentum to a program of this scale: one that spans multiple P&Ls, multiple geographies, and multiple functions, all moving toward one plan. You'll report directly to Rishi Dean (VP of Technology and DRI of Global B2B) and will be the connective tissue that turns strategy into a sequenced, tracked, and delivered program. You're technically strong, comfortable operating in ambiguity, and skilled at getting people who don't report to you to move together toward a shared date.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the end-to-end program management of Global B2B: build and maintain the integrated cross-org plan, name every dependency with an owner and a date, and keep the plan honest as priorities shift across Rider, Lyft Europe, Lyft Business, Global Growth, and Finance
- Run the standing sequencing forum where teams bring business cases, resolve competing priorities, and arbitrate capacity across client commitments, foundational platform work, and expansion opportunities
- Drive execution across the platform's core layers (e.g., application, sales systems, financial/billing, partner integration, and marketing stack), coordinating single-threaded owners and surfacing where design authority and funding models still need to be settled
- Track and report program health across every revenue line (US B2B, EU B2B, EU B2G, Chauffeur, Partner/Protocol) and escalate risks to PDT early, before they become date slips
- Lead the joint planning work between Global B2B and Lyft Europe to align the FreeNow and Gett integration with the Europe roaming and app-launch timeline, converting shared assumptions into written, dated commitments
- Manage the annual planning cycle for Global B2B, translating scope and business cases into resourced, sequenced initiatives from September through November
- Build and enforce a consistent product standard across the portfolio, including a scoping gate that keeps requirement changes from silently consuming central capacity
- Design and run the onboarding path for newly acquired or newly connected businesses (following FreeNow, Gett, and TBR) covering platform, systems, P&L, reporting, and GTM motion
- Partner with Partnerships, Rider, and MBA to bring AI/agentic surfaces and protocol work into the Global B2B plan from the start, rather than reconciling separate efforts after the fact
- Communicate program status, risks, and decisions clearly to stakeholders ranging from individual engineers to executive leadership, in a style that is direct, fact-forward, and free of jargon
EXPERIENCE
- 7+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Program/Project Management, or a related role, ideally spanning platform, product, and go-to-market work
- Proven ability to build and hold one integrated plan across multiple orgs with different priorities, scale, and cadences, with a thorough understanding of dependency management
- Experience standing up or running a sequencing/prioritization forum where competing business cases are arbitrated against shared capacity
- Comfortable operating autonomously in situations of extreme ambiguity, with only high-level direction, and translating that ambiguity into a written, dated plan
- Able to communicate highly technical and cross-functional problems and solutions at every level, from individual contributor to C-level executive
- Experience with platform or infrastructure programs that serve multiple business lines or P&Ls, including shared systems like CRM, billing/invoicing, or partner integration layers
- Background supporting or working alongside M&A integration (systems, org, or GTM integration) is a strong plus
- Excellent organizational and planning skills, with the attention to detail to keep a multi-quarter, multi-org program on track
- Able to influence, negotiate, and inspire others in a matrixed environment where you don't have direct authority over most of the people you depend on
- Great medical, dental, and vision insurance options with additional programs available when enrolled
- Mental health benefits
- Family building benefits
- Child care and pet benefits
- 401(k) plan to help save for your future
- In addition to 12 observed holidays, salaried team members have discretionary paid time off, hourly team members have 15 days paid time off
- 18 weeks of paid parental leave. Biological, adoptive, and foster parents are all eligible
- Subsidized commuter benefits
