Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Director of General Services & Hospitality position.


In this role, you will be responsible for providing oversight of all operational, quality, and resident-service aspects of community operations, ensuring an exceptional resident and guest experience. Leads, supervises, and coordinates all hospitality-related personnel, fostering a culture of service excellence and accountability. Ensures company standards are consistently maintained and enhanced while achieving or surpassing service, quality, and revenue goals established by Senior Management.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in hospitality, hotel/resort management, or a related field

  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in the hospitality industry, with substantial experience in luxury or high-end resort operations, demonstrating a consistent record of delivering exceptional guest satisfaction

  • 10 years of leadership experience as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager OR

  • 10 years of experience as an Executive Director in a CCRC

Pay Range$117,760.00 - $153,718.00 / year. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.

Skills Required
