As Director of Gaming Products, you will lead product team leads responsible for two key domains:
- Cross-game player-facing features experienced across all of our games, such as personalization, social systems, LiveOps capabilities, and reusable gameplay mechanics.
- Game squads focused on evolving existing games through new game modes, gameplay mechanics, feature enhancements, balancing, and overall player experience improvements.
You will define product strategy, drive execution, and ensure strong alignment across stakeholders and games.
Responsibilities- Define product strategy, KPIs, and quarterly plans across product domains.
- Own roadmap execution from planning through delivery with measurable business impact.
- Partner closely with stakeholders and game teams to drive alignment and successful feature adoption.
- Establish product best practices, planning processes, and decision frameworks across the organization.
- Drive prioritization and tradeoff decisions across product, engineering, design, and analytics.
- Mentor and develop product leaders, fostering a high-performing product organization.
- 5+ years of product leadership experience, ideally in gaming or consumer products.
- Proven track record leading products or features with measurable business impact.
- Experience managing product leaders.
- Strong product, analytical, and technical mindset.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Deep understanding of game development and LiveOps environments.
Nice to Have
- Experience building products used across multiple games or products.
- Experience leading teams in fast-growing, cross-functional organizations.
