Job Description Summary:

We are on a mission to transform how we capture value today (present-forward adoption of capabilities and disciplines across the OU) while simultaneously creating new long-term value for the system (future-back development of enablers that will preserve and/or accelerate momentum) – resulting in clear market leadership and sustainable growth. This position will play a key role in our newly created Foodservice Digital Organization, leading key strategic partnerships, initiatives and capabilities helping to propel our organization along the digital evolution further and faster. This role will lead strategic foodservice aggregator partnerships and play a key role adding value to our customer teams and partners.
 

What You'll Do For Us

  • Develop strategic partnerships with leading 3rd party intermediaries (restaurant & retail) to drive traffic, trial and awareness that results in value created for Coca-Cola customers and brands.
  • Negotiate and lead joint business planning processes to align on a multi-year strategic roadmap with our third-party partners, including national and local activations as well as innovative opportunities to drive growth.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (i.e. brand, IMX (integrated marketing experience), customer teams, bottlers etc.) to deliver integrated value programs and activate with external media agencies and vendor companies.
  • Assess results of programs, provide post-program reviews and incorporate learnings into future work.
  • Understand program and product impact across the full path-to-purchase considering shopper/consumer/bottler in the planning process.
  • Engage and evaluate emerging partnership opportunities to uncover new growth and value creation opportunities.
  • Exceptional communication skills that can influence the integrated marketing plan and collaborative relationship to achieve the best possible outcomes.
  • Coordinate custom research efforts with internal and supplier partners as necessary to effectively measure program return on investment (ROI) across revenue, brand equity, and shopper engagement.
  • Knowledge of external partner landscape (agencies, content companies, suppliers of products/experiences etc.) to identify optimal execution and deals where appropriate.
  • Find innovative ways to create differentiated programs that inspire consumers to choose The Coca-Cola Company.
  • Manage the execution and delivery of multiple connections programs to hit targets, optimize efficiencies and remain on budget.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Media, or Connections Planning/Technology
  • Success with restaurant and/or retail customer value creation
  • Experience with digital marketing strategy development and media planning
  • Track record of building and developing collaborative relationships to extract value and drive growth
  • Possess strong analytical skills and understanding of "Media Math" concepts
  • Basic understanding of the principles of marketing and advertising, as well as an understanding of media concepts and terms, creative and budget requirements
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, collaborate with teams, and work under pressure
  • Strong communication, project management and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Strong Verbal & Written Communication Skills

Pay Range:

$160,000 - $186,000

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
