Position Overview:The Director of FP&A at Accuris will play a critical role in overseeing the financial planning and analysis function, providing key insights to support decision-making, business growth, and financial health. This role will report to the VP of Finance and work closely with senior leadership to drive the strategic financial direction of the company. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, proactive, and experienced in managing large-scale financial operations within a SaaS or high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Accuris' spend planning and forecasting processes, driving clarity and transparency across various stakeholder groups across the business
- Lead the annual spend target setting process, collaborating with business unit leadership teams and presenting outcomes and recommendations to senior executives, serve as business owner of spend forecasting models to help them see the various outcomes of their actions and strategies
- Lead monthly reporting and analysis process over spend, presenting results and insights regarding risks and opportunities, as well as informed narratives which explain 'why' and assessing implications to corporate-level finance goals and strategies
- Partner with the broader FP&A team to develop long-range financial statement projections for spend, optimization strategies and ROI analysis, with a focus on articulating risks/opportunities to executive leadership
- Drive the digitization and optimization of spend planning and forecasting processes; defining strategies and delivering process improvements in partnership with the broader Finance and Accounting teams.
- Manage a team of finance professionals including hiring, mentorship, promoting professional development and maximizing opportunities for growth
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
- 7+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably within a SaaS or tech company.
- Strong understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
- Proven ability to work with complex financial data, delivering actionable insights and recommendations.
- Proficiency with financial tools and software such as Excel, Power BI, or other financial reporting tools.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.

Compensation/Benefits Information:
Accuris states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $190,000 to $210,000. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual's geographical location as well as experience and qualifications for the role. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan as well as comprehensive benefits.
