The Job
We are looking for a Director of Four Seasons Place, who has strong leadership, interpersonal and analytical skills, can prioritize and adapt to the changing needs of the operation, and can evidence having a solid work ethic, good business acumen and a passion for service. This position reports to the Director of Rooms.
The Director of Four Seasons Place is responsible for property management, financial management, asset management, residential services and lifestyle, and people management. The Director of Residences will work closely with hotel operations to ensure the resident experience is exceptional throughout the property.

What you will do:

• Coordinate and manage the day-to-day operations of the residential entity
• Develop and enforce residential service and product quality standards
• Works closely with Four Seasons Place Leasing Office for new move in or move out
• Ensure all Four Seasons residential Policies and Procedures are developed and implemented
• Demonstrate an understanding of all legal agreements pertaining to the leasing contract
• Lead residential budgeting process and annual meeting
• Ability to prepare a comprehensive annual operating profit plan, for all departments in the residential operation with addendum plans for maintenance, repair, sanitation energy conservation and uniform replacement
• Prepare and execute capital expenditure plan/reserve study plan
• Lead effective Stakeholder Relationships & Communication with the Four Seasons Place Leasing Office ensuring the provision of superior service levels
• Always display a friendly, courteous, and professional manner in dealing with owners, guests, and other employees

What you bring:

• At least 6 years’ experience working in a similar position within property management, residential operations, and/or hotel management.
• The ability to speak and write in Cantonese, Mandarin and English is essential for this position.
• A passionately driven leader who engages with Residence and staff as it relates to residential matters
• A dynamic leader of teams with a mindset focused on the employee experience and operating with the mantra of a great place to work for all (at all levels consistently)
• Strong EQ – relationship management (internal, external, ownership and Four Seasons brand)
• Analytical and Strategic leader who is seen as a visionary
• Attention to detail, style and aesthetics of all residential areas is critical
• Outstanding verbal and written communications skills
• A creative and inventive leader
