ROLE SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced Software Engineering leader to c ollaborate and partner across high-performing, cross-functional software engineering teams . In this role, you will drive technical excellence , set technical direction, create space for innovation, and model the ownership behaviors that define our engineering culture.
Thi s D irector role encompasses multi-team initiatives with high impact to the organizational and its strategic goals . Y ou'll influence multiple teams , be recognized as a domain expert and navigate through complexity and ambiguity to deliver results.

QUALIFICIATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar field

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or applied AI

• Proven ability to build working prototypes and AI applications using modern languages and frameworks

• Experience in life sciences or manufacturing industries
