- Direct and maintain overall responsibility of the long-range 5 year planning model including income statement, balance sheet and cash flow.
- Create succinct financial analysis and reports in order to communicate relevant financial information to management for effective decision making.
- Create templates and methodologies for managing budget data; optimize the use of systems to balance efficiency and end user experience
- Drive effective reporting and analysis requirements for long-range plans.
- Create methodology to transition long-range plan into annual budget process.
- Participate as financial representative on special projects.
