Gurnick Academy is currently seeking a Full-time Director of Financial Aid - Front End for our Gurnick Academy, Concord, CA Campus. This is a ground position working on Campus.

Basic Function
The Director of Financial Aid provides strategic leadership, oversight, and operational governance for all front-end financial aid functions across Gurnick Academy. This role ensures regulatory compliance, accurate student eligibility determinations, accurate estimates, precise packaging and tuition calculations, and consistency in financial aid processes across all campuses.
The Director partners closely with Campus Director, Corporate Director of Financial Aid – Front End, Corporate Back-end Financial Aid, Admissions, Finance, Compliance, and Academic leadership to ensure operational excellence, regulatory adherence, and a high-quality student experience
QualificationsExperience and Education
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 7–10 years of progressive financial aid leadership experience.
- Deep knowledge of Title IV regulations and federal financial aid compliance.
- Experience managing audits and regulatory reviews.
- Strong analytical and process improvement skills.
- Experience in operations-focused financial aid models.
- Experience implementing financial aid systems or software platforms.
- Compliance or audit background.
