JOB SUMMARY
Provides high-level leadership for all administrative and financial functions of a college or division. Develops and implements strategic plans, manages complex budgets, and oversees resource allocation to achieve organizational goals.

KEY RESPONSIILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Leads comprehensive financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the organization.
- Develops and executes long-term operational and financial strategies to support the mission and goals of the college or division.
- Represents the organization in university-wide committees, ensuring alignment with institutional policies and priorities.
- Establishes and enforces administrative and financial policies to ensure operational excellence and regulatory compliance.
- Provides mentorship and leadership to management teams, cultivating a collaborative and results-driven environment.

$99,010.00 - $143,567.50With the pay range(s) shown above, the starting salary will depend on several factors, which may include your education, experience, location, knowledge and expertise, and skills as well as a pay comparison to similarly-situated employees already in the role.
