Director, Finance

Key Responsibility
1  Financial Strategy implementation: 
•  Define and deliver local financial strategy in alignment with Global and Cluster Finance strategy, and ensure financial aspects of strategy are monitored and reported, deviations identified, and adjustments made to enable implementation targets to be met. 
•  Act as advocate for local business, identifying and evaluating financial implications for MKK strategy and operational activities of changes in market dynamics, payer requirements and competitor activities. 
2  Leadership: 
•  Key member of Japanese ELT, responsible for financial strategy advocacy and supporting the team to deliver on its performance commitment
•  Demonstrate a global and 'whole of Company' perspective in setting and evaluating strategies, plans and resource allocation.
•  Provide strong leadership to local finance team, and as member of Finance vertical function, in particular with respect to the positive navigation of change
•  Role model global behaviours 
3  Financial Operations: 
•  Plan and direct the financial operations of MKK, including accounting, reporting, budgeting, forecasting and consolidated P&L reporting systems and processes
•  Manage outsourced Financial Service (P2P, R2R and O2C) together with the center and Global team
•  Ensure that financial information is provided to, and understood by, key internal stakeholders
4  Financial Compliance & Governance: 
•  Ensure all internal and external governance and compliance obligations are met with respect to Finance Operations, including compliance with all legislative statutory and Code of Practice requirements, and control of activities such as taxation, cash flow, audits, insurance arrangements and property administration.
