The Director is responsible for assisting Chief Tax Officer/VP with launching, driving and maintaining Quest’s Lean Six Sigma projects across the entire finance organization. Reports to the Chief Tax Officer/Finance Continuous Improvement Leader.
Salary Range: $160,000 to $200,000/year + 20% Annual Incentive Plan
Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.

• Assist Chief Tax Officer with the development and implementation of the finance transformation strategy using a centralized
transformation management office focused on the launch of Lean six sigma (“LSS”) mindset across Finance.
• Ensure LSS projects should be in alignment with the CFO’s, FLT’s and Quest’s overall objectives and goals. Ensure
adoption of AI is part of the overall strategy.
• Stay up to date on the latest AI developments for finance.
• Coordinate with AI Finance Council and data management office to ensure all controls are in place to ensure data
integrity.
• Conduct and drive workshops with key finance areas to further process improvement.
• Drive process improvement through follow up workshops and working sessions with various teams across finance.
• Conduct trainings on up-to-date LSS tools for Finance.
• Develop and manage tracking tool to capture savings and efficiencies.
• Assess current finance processes, systems, and controls to identify areas for enhancement and standardization.
• Assist with design operating models across – people, process, organization, and systems, agree on the operating
models and oversee their implementation.
• Help CTO drive our multi-year transformation program roadmap that will enable the finance function develop into a
best-in-class finance organization.
• Define data-driven frameworks and processes to identify, measure, and manage program success focusing on
business value.
• Deep dive into specific “hot topics” when required and articulate the issues in a succinct, data backed way, including
offering options for solutions.
• Partner with IT, RPA, Finance Technology Committee, AI Leaders and other functional areas to integrate finance
systems and technologies, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
• Draft use cases and project plans ensuring alignment with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain KPIs for all projects.
• Report out to Finance Townhall and FLT quarterly
• Lean Six Sigma training and certification is required – minimum greenbelt preferred.
• Continuous improvement mindset – think outside the box.
• Ability to drive change and best in class practices.
• Strong collaboration and teambuilding skills.
• Willingness to learn new technology as it develops.
• A bachelor’s degree in finance and/or technology is required
• Strong modeling, excel and PowerPoint skills required.
• Ability to motivate and lead teams in crisis to drive change.
• Must be able to travel a couple times a month to various Quest locations to conduct LSS workshops.
