Translate HCP and Patient Brand strategies and customer insights into customer journeys, channel roadmaps, engagement sequencing, and coordinated plans across digital and personal channels. Partner with Digital Innovation & Strategy to apply Travere's enterprise omnichannel strategy and operating model to FILSPARI.
Serve as the final FILSPARI Marketing decision-maker for digital channel strategy, media mix, digital activation, investment allocation, optimization, and partner recommendations. Lead media targeting for HCP and patient/caregiver segments defined and prioritized by HCP and Patient Brand Marketing.
Own and manage the FILSPARI digital marketing budget. Recommend allocation across channels and partners and ensure investments deliver against Marketing and business objectives.
Lead paid media strategy and activation across HCP and patient/caregiver audiences. Scope includes strategic and tactical media planning, SEO and SEM, social media, in-year optimization, and evaluation of emerging channels.

Define journeys, triggers, testing, and business requirements in partnership with Digital Innovation & Strategy. Ensure activation uses Travere-approved systems and follows established Privacy, Legal, Compliance, consent, and data-governance review and approval processes.
Set the digital asset requirements for each channel, including formats, asset mix, sequencing, testing, and performance-driven refresh needs. HCP and Patient Brand Marketing own content strategy, positioning, messaging, creative development, asset production, promotional review, and final approval.
Partner with HCP and Patient Brand Marketing on Brand-owned FILSPARI websites. Recommend key site actions, success measures, user experience improvements, SEO, analytics, media-to-site integration, testing, and performance optimization. Brand Marketing owns site objectives, content, creative, approvals, and the overall roadmap.
Apply Travere's established measurement framework to FILSPARI. Define Marketing-specific KPIs, analytical questions, reporting cadence, attribution needs, and test-and-learn priorities in partnership with Commercial Analytics.
Use performance data to improve customer progression, media efficiency, return on investment, agency effectiveness, and future resource allocation.
Serve as the primary liaison between agency partners and Brand Marketing for digital performance reporting. Review and challenge agency analysis, own the performance narrative, answer leadership questions, and present Digital Marketing recommendations.
Lead the media agency of record and media measurement partner. Oversee scopes, contracts, resourcing, timelines, quality, strategic recommendations, performance expectations, and issue resolution. Brand Marketing owns creative and content agency relationships.
Ensure FILSPARI digital and omnichannel activation follows Travere's standards for customer experience, data use, interoperability, accessibility, privacy, technology, and governance.
Partner with Digital Innovation & Strategy on omnichannel capability development and activation. Translate FILSPARI customer-engagement needs into business requirements and support pilots and adoption. Participate as the FILSPARI Marketing representative on enterprise digital and omnichannel governance councils led by Digital Innovation & Strategy.
Ensure all digital activation uses Brand-approved positioning, messaging, and creative and complies with promotional review, regulatory, privacy, cybersecurity, accessibility, and data governance requirements.
Lead, coach, and develop the Associate Director, Digital Marketing. Enable independent leadership of assigned HCP and patient/caregiver workstreams, strategic recommendations, agency relationships, cross-channel planning, measurement, and optimization.
