WHAT YOU WILL DO
As the Director of Executive Recruiting, you will shape the way our company attracts, evaluates, and hires top executive talent. This is a highly visible, enterprise-level role where you will serve as a strategic advisor to the CHRO, Executive Committee (EC), and HR Leadership Team—guiding some of the most critical talent decisions in the organization.
You will lead our most complex and high-impact executive searches while developing and empowering a talented Executive TA team. Acting as both a player and a coach, you will personally own CEO-adjacent and EC-level searches, set the standard for excellence, and build the operating rhythm, assessment rigor, and governance that ensures reliability, consistency, and confidence in every executive hiring decision.
HOW YOU WILL DO IT
In this role, you will bring structure, clarity, and excellence to the executive hiring process. You will ensure every search follows the enterprise-governed Executive Recruitment Operating Model. You will partner closely with the CHRO and EC members to anticipate leadership needs, identify enterprise-critical roles, and advise on talent moves with objectivity and sound judgment.
You will uplift the Executive TA team by implementing coaching, standard work, and repeatable processes that reduce cycle time, improve documentation quality, and strengthen reliability across all VP and EC hiring. You will also shape our external marketplace strategy—managing relationships with retained search partners and positioning our company competitively to senior-level talent worldwide.
KEY PERFORMANCE METRICS & SUCCESS INDICATORS
Success in this role will be measured through high-quality, defensible executive hiring decisions; improved internal appointment rates; reduced cycle time and rework; strict adherence to governance; strengthened partnerships with the CHRO and Executive Committee; and the overall development and consistency of the Executive TA team.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
We are seeking a seasoned executive recruiting leader with deep search expertise and enterprise-level influence. You operate with an enterprise-first mindset and uphold rigor and process discipline even under pressure. You communicate with executive presence—clear, direct, and objective. You are a systems thinker who values data, standard work, and operational discipline. You thrive as a player/coach, leading by example while building capability in others.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
• 10+ years leading VP-level and above executive searches, internally or within a top-tier retained search firm.
• Strong record of delivering EC and CEO-adjacent hires across global markets.
• Experience functioning both as a hands-on search leader and team coach.
• Proven success implementing operating models, governance, and consistent process rigor.
• Advisory experience supporting CHROs, CEOs, HRLT, and Executive Committees.
• Deep expertise in structured interviews, references, and executive assessment tools.
• Global search experience with cultural awareness and adaptability.
