Job Description:

The Director, Epiq Advisory is responsible for overseeing and managing legal operations consulting services within the organization. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills to ensure successful client satisfaction and alignment with organizational goals.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage legal operations consulting teams to deliver high-quality results.

• Develop and implement legal operations consulting plans, timelines, and budgets.

• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather legal operations consulting requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

• Monitor legal operations consulting progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion.

• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on legal operations consulting status.

• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact legal operations consulting success.

• Foster a collaborative and productive work environment within the legal operations consulting team.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education

• Required: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Preferred: Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Experience

• Required: Minimum of 7 years of experience in legal operations consulting or a related field.

• Preferred: Experience in leading legal operations consulting teams and managing legal operations consulting projects.

• Location-based market rate for the role

• Your abilities in relation to the job specification

• Performance during screening and interview

• Pay parity with the wider team in the considered location
