Role Overview: The Enterprise Sales Leader will drive Turing’s growth by developing and managing relationships with large enterprise clients. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in enterprise sales, particularly in tech services, to lead our sales team, optimize our sales processes, and ensure we meet our ambitious revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals.
  • Client Acquisition: Identify, engage, and close deals with large enterprise clients, focusing on staffing and services opportunities.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain and deepen relationships with key clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing enterprise sales team, ensuring alignment with company goals and values.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive strategies, using this information to inform sales tactics.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and delivery teams to ensure cohesive strategies and optimal client outcomes.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor sales metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.

Qualifications:

Experience: 12+ years of experience in enterprise sales, with a focus on tech services or a related field.

Track Record: Proven success in acquiring and managing large enterprise clients, achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Leadership: Strong leadership skills with experience in building and managing high-performing sales teams.

Communication: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans based on market insights and company goals.

Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high level of ambiguity.
