WHY BOX NEEDS YOU 

Box is looking for a Director of Enterprise Risk to lead our Enterprise Risk function across Box. As part of an established Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) team you will continue to make risk real at Box while developing and delivering the strategy on what the next generation of Risk Management means at Box. This is a highly cross-functional position requiring extensive interaction with stakeholders across the business including Box Executives and Box’s Audit Committee.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Lead Box’s Enterprise Risk Program

  • Investigate, scope and solve complex issues effectively.

  • Clearly articulate and quantify risk and their impact to the business in a manner that drives effective and timely decision making

  • Work cross-functionally both across Box to clearly establish metrics and frameworks for driving effective Risk Management

  • Brief Box Executive Management and our Audit Committee on Risk

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team responsible for Risk Management.

  • Lead and conduct Enterprise Risk Assessments, Fraud Risk Assessments and other related Risk Assessment activities

  • Own Box’s Risk Register


WHO YOU ARE

Box Executives are a cohort of engaged and passionate leaders who are customer-centric and embody innovation and growth mindsets. As a leader in this role you have:

  • Extensive Experience (10+) years in Cyber and Operational Risk Management preferably in the Technology sector

  • Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly, accurately and succinctly to diverse audiences, both orally and written

  • A history of building strong relationships, credibility and partnerships

  • Track record of managing, developing and empowering teams
