Job Description

The Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta Enterprise Resource Planning Applications Director will serve as the product owner for the ERP system. They will be responsible for the overall management and operations of the ERP ecosystem and will be accountable for achieving strategic performance goals set by executive leadership. The Director, Enterprise Resource Planning will be responsible for creating and maintaining a governance structure for prioritization of work for all domains, while ensuring the successful transition of team members to a centralized support model in order to stabilize and optimize ERP Workday systems and processes. The Director will be a result driven and ambitious leader skilled at developing the partnerships and influence necessary to drive meaningful change.

Experience

  • 10 years of experience working in a collaborative business setting with knowledge in ERP operations: human resources operations, financial operations and payroll operations, and supply chain management
  • Demonstrated ability to build and develop high-performing teams and partnerships to achieve meaningful results and quantitative business goals
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the ITSM or ITIL framework for technology management
  • Thorough experience portfolio management with expertise in both technical product delivery and customer-centric product management tactics
  • Experience working in a large organization with mass communication, training, and culture management tactics

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree business administration or similar healthcare management related area of study
  • Workday Certification in any of the major business domains (HCM, SCM, FIN, PAY)
  • Project management professional (PMP)
  • ITIL 4 Foundation Certification or similar

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field. Master’s degree preferred

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversight & ownership of the ERP system containing over 240+ integrations and nearly 300 business processes.
  • Create and maintain governance structure for prioritization of work for all domains.
  • Ensure successful transition of team members to centralized support model.
  • Oversee system security audit and implementation of results.
  • Monitor team performance to deliver on commitments to domains.
  • Establish and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders and leaders from Tier 1 and Tier 2 to ensure holistic approach to delivering product.
  • Instill Senior executive confidence in Children’s Workday implementation.
  • Improve user satisfaction with Workday product.
  • Develop comprehensive, long-term roadmap for Workday.
  • KPI’s to monitor system performance and success.
  • Partner with operational and executive leadership to improve business process efficiency and to develop strategies for providing a seamless user experience to the wide variety of product users.
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure value and quality delivery.
