Job SummaryThe Director of Enterprise Resilience will be responsible for the strategic initiatives, implementation and governance of business resiliency and crisis management. This role will lead enterprise-wide resiliency initiatives, ensuring alignment with emerging risks and regulatory requirements.JOB REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor’s degree and 10years of experience in Business Continuity and/or Crisis Management
* 4 years of management experience
* Ability to work with Executive Leadership to make quick decisions based on predefined decisions
* Strong technical aptitude to manage through complex cybersecurity & privacy incidents that disrupt business operations
* Responsible for conducting business impact analysis and leading operations risk management in support of business resiliency and contingency planning
* Participate in Mergers and Acquisitions to ensure business operations are not disrupted due to Integration activities
* Understanding of Physical Security, Facilities, and Business Operations that may be disrupted due to weather issues, power outages, fires, etc.
* Ability to develop training materials for a variety of audiences in support of the Business Continuity and Crisis Management Program
* Leverage technology / tools to keep business continuity plans updated as HCSC evolves and enters into new lines of business
* Develop technology solutions (out of network) to manage crisis situations during business and technology disruptions
* Excellent communication skills
* Experience with compliance-based tools and processes for standardization, centralization and automation (e.g. risk management, business continuity planning, crisis management incident response, communication solutions).
* Experience with strategy development, analytics and research
* Experience leading and mentoring staff or teams.
* Translating needs and initiatives into compelling business cases.

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.
