The Global Business Solutions Center (GBSC) Financial Systems organization is establishing an enterprise Order Management (OM) platform capability and operating model within GBSC. The Director, Enterprise Order Management Platform will lead the Cloud OM platform implementation and long-term ownership, ensuring the platform integrates seamlessly across the enterprise order-to-cash landscape and enabling scalable delivery for current and future business programs.
The Director, Enterprise Order Management Platform will build and lead a team responsible for platform strategy, delivery enablement, release management support, integration business analysis, OM operations support, and ongoing systems run/maintain, while partnering closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors to deliver reliable, secure, and auditable outcomes.Role
In this position, you will:• Enterprise Platform Ownership (Cloud OM): Own the end-to-end strategy, roadmap, governance, and operational readiness for the cloud Order Management platform, including platform standards, configuration direction, and lifecycle management across releases and enhancements.• Integration Leadership (Upstream/Downstream): Lead design and delivery oversight for primary integrations, including Cloud OM ↔ billing system (on-prem), Cloud OM ↔ CRM system, and Cloud OM ↔ payment system, ensuring resiliency, data integrity, reconciliation, and control points across the O2C process.• Order-to-Cash & Billing Systems Depth: Bring deep understanding of Order-to-Cash workflows and how OM integrates with billing systems; ensure integration and process designs support billing accuracy, invoicing, revenue outcomes, and downstream financial controls.• Delivery Enablement & Release Management Support: Establish a team and operating model that supports Dev teams and release management with clear requirements, integration mappings, test strategies, cutover planning, and production readiness activities for OM-related deliveries.• Production Support & Problem Management: Oversee the run/maintain model for OM-including incident triage, root-cause coordination, vendor engagement, escalation communications, and continuous improvement-ensuring stable operations and strong stakeholder confidence.• Business Partnership & Operational Support: Partner with OM operations and business owners to define workflows, enable adoption, deliver training/communications, and identify automation opportunities that improve cycle time, quality, and transparency.• People Leadership & Organizational Build: Build and lead a team spanning integration/project business analysts, platform/system analysts, and operational support functions, creating role clarity, execution discipline, and a scalable model to support future enterprise platform integrations.All About You
The ideal candidate for the Director, Enterprise Order Management Platform position should:• Have a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, Business, or equivalent practical experience; MBA or advanced degree preferred.• Demonstrate advanced expertise in Order Management platforms and Order-to-Cash processes, including fulfillment-to-billing touchpoints and integration dependencies across enterprise ecosystems.• Have strong experience leading enterprise OM implementations and integrations, including cloud-to-on-prem integration patterns, data mapping, process alignment, and end-to-end operational readiness.• Bring hands-on integration leadership across key platforms, specifically:
o Cloud OM (strongly preferred)
o CRM system (upstream commercial workflow / order capture / orchestration integration)
o Payment system (cloud and/or on-prem integration)
o Billing platforms or any enterprise billing systems (required)• Be experienced leading complex cross-functional delivery, including driving design workshops, guiding configuration decisions, and overseeing testing (including UAT), cutover, and go-live stabilization.• Exhibit strong leadership presence and the ability to influence across business and technology stakeholders, driving standardization, governance, and clarity in decision-making.• Be skilled in communicating technical and process concepts clearly-able to translate complex integration topics into actionable plans, risks, and decisions for senior audiences.• Demonstrate strong prioritization, execution rigor, and comfort operating in ambiguity while building a new platform capability and team model.Corporate Security Responsibility

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Mastercard benefits for full time (and certain part time) employees generally include: insurance (including medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, disability, life insurance); flexible spending account and health savings account; paid leaves (including 16 weeks of new parent leave and up to 20 days of bereavement leave); 80 hours of Paid Sick and Safe Time, 25 days of vacation time and 5 personal days, pro-rated based on date of hire; 10 annual paid U.S. observed holidays; 401k with a best-in-class company match; deferred compensation for eligible roles; fitness reimbursement or on-site fitness facilities; eligibility for tuition reimbursement; and many more.
