JOB SUMMARY
This role is accountable for managing a portfolio of data assets within the Enterprise Data and Analytics organization. The incumbent will lead and manage teams through their development lifecycle and will operate in alignment with the Living Health strategy, customer needs, and market trends. The incumbent will work closely with our Product Management organization and collaborate on the creation of roadmaps and will ensure that product owners are delivering features and capabilities as defined by the roadmaps.
The incumbent will be accountable for ensuring that data assets are usable, useful, and used. In doing so, they will ensure that their portfolios include features that support a positive user experience.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for managing the development and maintenance of a data and analytic assets. Tracks use cases. Defines and monitors product KPIs. Coordinates with product owners to ensure feature and capability delivery to roadmap. Ensures that assets within the portfolio are usable, useful, and used. Accountable for setting remedial action for underperforming assets (outside specific customer incidents).
Responsible for setting data and analytic strategy in alignment with ED&A and Product strategy, our capabilities and capacity, and market conditions. Defines lifecycle criteria, selects areas to expand/contract, guides consolidation of existing data assets and reconciles the integration of data and analytics capabilities with other capabilities across the enterprise.
Responsible for leading complex initiatives which impact the portfolio. Oversees creation of and ensures alignment to a shared roadmap with all stakeholders. Coordinates with product owners and other stakeholders in the delivery of that roadmap.

Master's Degree in a STEM field, Social Science or Business

5 years in Data Management, Analytics, or Product Leadership
5 years in a leadership role (either management or equivalent organizational impact)

Pay Range Minimum:
$126,400.00Pay Range Maximum:
$236,000.00Base pay is determined by a variety of factors including a candidate’s qualifications, experience, and expected contributions, as well as internal peer equity, market, and business considerations. The displayed salary range does not reflect any geographic differential Highmark may apply for certain locations based upon comparative markets.
