Director of Enterprise Data Solutions

As Director of Enterprise Data Solutions, you will spearhead our organization's data strategy while directly leading our Business Intelligence platform and team. You'll also hold significant responsibility for other critical software platforms across our technology ecosystem. This role requires both specialized data expertise and broader enterprise application knowledge to integrate and advance our complete data architecture, blending technical expertise with strategic vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Define the roadmap that aligns with business objectives across multiple platforms and applications
• Platform Management: Lead the Business Intelligence platform while playing a key role in additional software systems that are part of our core data ecosystem
• Technical Execution: Provide hands-on leadership across all BI components and other designated technology platforms
• Solution Design: Architect analytical applications and data systems that transform business requirements into intuitive enterprise solutions
• Team Development: Build and mentor professionals across multiple domains
• Project Governance: Oversee development lifecycles for various technology initiatives and platform implementations
• Collaboration & Knowledge Transfer: Partner to identify opportunities for data-driven decision making while promoting the adoption and empowerment of business users

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or equivalent experience
• Advanced knowledge of BI tools, data modeling, SQL, data warehousing, and analytics platforms, plus familiarity with broader enterprise systems
• Demonstrated ability to oversee multiple technology platforms and ensure integration between BI and other applications
• 7+ years in data-focused roles, with at least 3 years managing technical teams across technology domains
• Track record of delivering major data warehouse/BI initiatives and contributing to enterprise application implementations
• Deep understanding of data governance, dimensional modeling, and enterprise architecture frameworks
• Exceptional communication skills to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

• Experience with data modernization initiatives or cloud migration across multiple systems
• Background in data governance frameworks spanning various enterprise applications
• Proficiency with traditional data warehouses and modern data lake solutions
• Knowledge of advanced analytics, ML, or AI integration with enterprise systems
• Experience managing the intersection between BI tools and enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, etc.)
