The Impact:
As the Director of Enterprise Applications, you will play a key role in developing and executing the strategic vision for Accuris's SAP, Salesforce, and broader system integrations. Your leadership will enable smooth, integrated operations across critical business systems, optimizing data flow, enhancing operational efficiency, and empowering teams across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas.
Responsibilities:• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for SAP, Salesforce, and other system integrations that aligns with Accuris's business objectives.• Integration Management: Oversee end-to-end integration projects for SAP and Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy, seamless interoperability, and alignment with business needs.• Optimization of Enterprise Applications: Drive improvements in business processes using SAP and Salesforce functionalities, increasing operational efficiency and user experience.• Vendor and Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to manage service contracts, set clear SLAs, and optimize integration services.• Data Governance and Compliance: Ensure data security, compliance, and governance across all integrated systems in line with global regulations.• Team Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture.
What We're Looking For:
Key Qualifications:• 10+ years in IT or Enterprise Applications management, with extensive experience overseeing Salesforce and ERP systems.• Strong technical expertise in Salesforce with CPQ, Tier 1 ERP platforms such as SAP ECC/S4 or Oracle Fusion and integration development tools such as MuleSoft, Boomi or similar.• Proven experience managing large-scale integration projects within global organizations.
Key Soft Skills:• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and strategic mindset.• Strong organizational and communication skills.• Leadership skills with a track record of developing and inspiring high-performing teams.
Compensation/Benefits Information:
Accuris states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $180,000 to $200,000. Final base salary will be based on the candidate's geographical location, experience, and qualifications. This role also offers an annual incentive plan and comprehensive benefits.
