Job Summary

    The Director, Physician & Leadership Account Management strategically completes consultative sales strategies, leads, develops and supervises the daily operations of the team to secure new contracts, increase customer share with current accounts, and generate and fill staffing orders. This position partners with Recruiting teams to achieve financial performance goals, and attract and build an outstanding sales team.

    Job Responsibilities
    • Maintains Enterprise client relationships through direct contact to increase utilization of AMN services, assist with facility order projections, cross-sells AMN services, reviews and shares standard methodologies across Enterprise clients, and resolves sophisticated service calls in order to position AMN as a critical partner in the client’s success.
    • Evaluates daily and weekly team member metrics according to top grading criteria to mentor and implement action plans using the performance improvement plan process.
    • Conducts monthly/quarterly individual meetings with team members to assess production results and consultative sales approach to project quarterly performance, discuss team member obstacles and team dynamics.
    • Coaches and mentors managers and team members by observing and providing feedback to foster development and success of individuals and region.
    • Manages escalated customer situations on behalf of team members (e.g. contract clarification and disputes) to preserve dedication and market share.
    • Facilitates regional team meetings to determine individual performance, progress and weekly goals by discussing presentations, open jobs, and pending contracts/jobs to expedite.
    • Communicates enterprise account management information and progress-to-goals to AMN executive leadership through presentations, reports, and meetings to maintain accountability, set goals, and develop strategies to overcome obstacles.

    Qualifications

      Education & Years of Experience

      • Bachelor's Degree plus 7-10 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 11-14 years of work experience

      • Experience in a client-facing role
      • Experience in sales or account management
      • Leadership experience
      Work Environment / Physical Requirements
      • Work is performed in an office/home office environment.
      • Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

        Pay Rate$77,000 - $96,000 Salary

        Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.

        This position may include additional compensation such as bonus or commission.  Please ask your recruiter for more information.
