The Director of Community Engagement is responsible for all sales activities from lead generation through close in the assigned territories including reaching membership and census goals. Promotes the Marketing Plan for the Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) program and achieves census goals and targets. This position offers a competitive salary of $100-$120k based upon experience. A full range of benefits, including Paid Time Off, Sick Time and Holiday Time is offered!

Education/Training/Certifications: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field from an accredited college/university and minimum of three years of proven successful sales and marketing.

Must be bi-lingual in English and Spanish.

Skill(s): Strong written and verbal skills. Able to foster business relationships within the community served. Competent in creating and tracking business metrics to ensure strong performance and business agility. Must be computer proficient and possess experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Must be able to quickly learn specific software and new applications.

Experience: A minimum of four years of recent experience as it relates to seniors, the healthcare field, health care management, managed care or nonprofits; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field from an accredited college or university
  • At least three years of proven successful sales and marketing experience
  • Bilingual English and Spanish proficiency
  • At least four years of recent experience involving seniors, healthcare, healthcare management, managed care, or nonprofits, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
