• You are a hands on engineering leader with strong JavaScript and TypeScript experience across frontend and backend.

• You enjoy simplifying complexity and turning ideas into clear, executable plans.

• You have experience leading Frontend, Backend, and Reliability teams and scaling engineering organisations.

• You are a natural leader who sets high standards, attracts strong talent, and builds trust across teams.

• You are highly driven, accountable, and comfortable owning outcomes.

• Bonus experience includes React Native, Python, and data pipelines.

• Own engineering execution and ensure technical plans are delivered reliably and at high quality.

• Set clear ownership across teams and continuously improve engineering processes.

• Ensure predictable delivery as the company scales, without compromising reliability or quality.

• Partner closely with Product Managers to keep execution pragmatic, focused, and impact driven.

• Make the engineering organisation faster, more reliable, and more effective.

• Reduce bottlenecks through clear ownership and strong technical leadership.

• Build and maintain a strong engineering culture that attracts and retains top talent.

• Improve collaboration and alignment across product, engineering, and other stakeholders.

• Strong expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript across frontend and backend.

• Proven experience leading teams and delivering clear, detailed implementation plans.

• Ability to mentor engineers and consistently raise the bar for technical quality and delivery.

• Bonus experience with React Native, Python, and data pipelines.

• Lead engineering in a fast scaling, profitable company.

• Build a lean, high performing engineering organisation with strong ownership.

• Influence both short term execution and long term platform strategy.

• Work closely with the CTO and play a key role in shaping the future of the platform and the team.
