IDT is looking for a Director of Engineering who can take informal leadership over UI development among one of our products and who is hands on with coding and knows AWS and can code.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Architecture and development of one of IDT product's UI.
- The progressive integration of best enterprise practices into the existing development process.
- Sharing experiences among the team and drive technical improvements.
- Working on new features and bugs.
- Leading internal Meetups.
- Helping colleagues to sort our hard technical problems.
- Foster a high-performance, customer-focused culture with relentless attention to quality.
