As the Director of Engineering, you will be responsible for overseeing the engineering department's technical direction and ensuring the successful execution of projects. You will lead a team of different development disciplines, providing structure, guidance, and support to achieve the company's strategic goals. RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manage engineering budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the robotics engineering team, resolving complex technical issues and challenges.
- Promote requirements-driven designs, ensuring that all engineering solutions are aligned with customer needs and business goals.
- Facilitate the alignment of verification and validation processes with the specified requirements.
