You will report directly to our Chief Technology & Software Portfolio Leader PA and you’ll work out of our Atlanta, GA OR Houston, TX location on a Hybrid work schedule.
ResponsibilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead and oversee the engineering program management function, ensuring the successful execution of engineering projects.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive operational excellence and improve project delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Provide guidance and support to engineering program managers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and effectively communicate project status and updates.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
• Drive process improvements and standardization across the engineering program management function.
YOU MUST HAVE
- 8 or more years of experience in engineering program management.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex engineering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Experience in driving process improvements and implementing best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.
