NVIDIA is seeking a dynamic and technically strong senior leader to join our Tegra Software organization. In this role, you will direct a team of experienced engineers and managers, driving the development and execution of power and performance software strategies for Tegra SoCs across data center, automotive, and embedded markets!

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of system software engineers to architect and deliver power-efficient, high-performance solutions for NVIDIA’s Tegra platforms.

  • Define and drive the software roadmap power and performance focused across multiple application domains.

  • Collaborate closely with multi-functional teams including Hardware Engineering, System Architecture, Product Management, and Sales to align software strategy with business objectives.

  • Influence product direction and architecture with a focus on meeting evolving performance and efficiency goals.

What We Need to See:

  • 12+ overall years of experience in the software industry, with a proven track record of delivering production-quality software solutions.

  • 8+ years of leadership experience, including leading senior technical teams and engineering managers.

  • Deep knowledge of CPU and SoC architecture, with hands-on experience in performance tuning and power optimization.

  • Expertise in optimizing full-stack software (from drivers to applications) to meet aggressive power and performance targets.

  • Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 308,000 USD - 471,500 USD for Level 5, and 368,000 USD - 557,750 USD for Level 6.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
